Hi! I am a writer, keynote speaker, and thought leader in HR Upskilling, HR innovation, and digital HR. I firmly believe that building future-proof skills is key for HR to make more business impact. We help HR do this through action-oriented online training. In 2016, I founded the Academy to Innovate HR (AIHR). AIHR is the largest online educator of future-proof skills in Human Resource Management with a global (140+ countries) customer base, consisting of companies like Unilever, Goldman Sachs, Philips, EY, and UBS. Our clients include 325 of the Fortune 500 firms and we welcome over 500,000 monthly visitors. In my role as founder of AIHR, I have the pleasure to speak and advise many HR leaders and global heads of learning on their upskilling needs in HR. I also write on a wide range of HR topics to give an evidence-based approach with actionable information for the HR professional. I hold a master's in Business Administration (hons.), a bachelor’s and master’s in Industrial & Organizational Psychology (hons.), and a bachelor's in Law. My diverse background is reflected in my speaking and writing as I always connect the softer HR processes with concrete business outcomes through an actionable approach.
