So, for me as a young person, I'm only 25 years old. So, this was me attending my second mining indaba. And also as a youth leader of the South African Men Youth Association, which represents about 10,020 young people in our membership. And our goal is to advocate for the inclusion of young people in the mining sector, making sure that we have skills development programs that Speak to the jobs shortage that we have and how do we actually bridge the skills gap and capacitate young people so they are ready in terms of the the the revolution of the sectors we can see that technology is taking over. So we need to prepare the current workforce and And young people in making sure that they are ready. So the mining indaba provided me a very great experience. Number one, in terms of topics that were there, you. I had an open mind. There were a lot in a variety of topics that I chose from because I went from going to learn about sustainable mining to going to learn about why are in the mining sector, getting to know what do different governments from different countries want to implement um. In the upcoming year in the mining sector. So for me, it was really, really a great experience which also will help our organization to drive actionable programs because we, we were at the mining end and the mining indaba provided us with that platform to make sure that we have programs that are impactful and programs that will help young people. So it, it was, it was, it was a great experience also in terms of the people that we met. when you're going to the exhibition hall, meeting different companies and actually being able to engage different stakeholders in the mining sector and creating one inclusive structures that will help and develop young people. So for me, it was just a very, very great experience. I'm looking forward to the one that I will be attending next year and definitely we want to bring more young people to it, making sure that they participate in such events. Thank you.
