Speakers were made to feel like the center of the event rather than a sideline and the audience noticed this. As a result, panel attendance was much higher than at most other industry events.

    Great event, a must for operators!
    What did you like best about the event?
    I liked the quality and diversity of providers. Great place to find new products/services for an operator.
    What could the organizers do to improve the event?
    Needs better articulation with local authorities to streamline accesses. Chaotic to get there in rush hour.

    The attendance at talks was very high and the crowds were super engaged with each session.

    It was quite a walk from one side to the other, sometimes I was late to events because of this.
