"Positive and engaging experience "

I appreciated the mix of different size companies. I expected more small companies and enjoyed the blend. I like the industry focus and that you are hearing from peers. I also like that outside firms and software are the sponsors and not the companies who are speaking so it doesn't become inundated with just one company voice. Aon Radford is a sensible company not trying to oversell, we need them, I appreciated them as the company sponsor. Please keep this approach and do not include the option for biotech or pharma companies to sponsor.

Positive and engaging experience
What did you like best about the event?
I appreciated the mix of different size companies. I expected more small companies and enjoyed the blend. I like the industry focus and that you are hearing from peers. I also like that outside firms and software are the sponsors and not the companies who are speaking so it doesn't become inundated with just one company voice. What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The food at snack and breakfast times was really light, its a long day and if travelling or staying over something more substantial (like yogurt, protein) would have been appreciated. i would like to see more topics for HR Business Partners and employee relations. The topics were very tactical and initiative based. I think some topics like "building partnerships with BOD members" / "getting ahead of employee relations" / "coaching as an effective HR Partner" there were a lot of HRBPs there and some topics geared toward their day to day could get more participation During speed learning the table with Deepankar was very odd. I would not recommend inviting him as a speaker again.
