Hi, everyone. My experience at the tech this year was very positive. I enjoyed my time there. I had the opportunity to listen to a lot of interesting speeches regarding different topics. And I not only enjoyed myself but I also got the chance to meet and talk with other managers and especially hr specialists from different companies, not only in Germany, but also worldwide. It was definitely a very nice experience.

I think tech was a great event. It was a lot of fun to meet people from different countries, different organizations. Even if it was not to have a very, very in depth chat just to understand what we do across organizations and functions. a lot of knowledge, a lot of insights shared, good to see what is happening across the industry. a whole bunch of tidbits to take back that you could try on our own and some great connections who I hope to leverage in the future so that I can take my foreign action forward as well.

Insightful talks, good networking opportunities
What did you like best about the event?
No overriding talks, easy to follow one after the other and good food to stay motivated :-)
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
Since I'm above senior recruitment level, I was seeking some talks above the "basics" of recruitment - there were only two (Zoom & Wayfair Andreea) where I definitely was able to soak up learning stuff.

It was great to meet colleagues from the industry, and learn more about current trends and challenges in recruitment.
What did you like best about the event?
Organization and structure, a lot of interaction with attendees. The venue was also very nice.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
The app to sign up for topics was not working correctly, every time you select an event it takes you all the way up and you have to do it again.

What did you like best about the event?
Met some very interesting people The sessions were interesting and many speakers were engaging.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
I would like to have more brainstorming/ discussion sessions. Can't think of anything, a good experience overall, looking forward to the next.

Great chance to talk to other HR managers
What did you like best about the event?
The different speeches, the different nationalities of people who took part, the roundtables, and the chance to learn from other companies and understand how they are dealing with the different challenges of the Tech HR field.
What could the organizers do to improve the event?
To make the event more useful you could provide more meetings with potential clients and make sure these happen. Other than this, everything was great!
