I'm a senior technology professional services sales person, analyst and project commercial lead. Currently functioning as an Engagement Manager leveraging nine years experience in the technology sales and delivery space as both vendor or customer, I hold formal Project Management qualifications as well as the experience of having delivered 150+ engagements as a Project Manager. I'm also an experienced educator having delivered training services to adults and managed classroom environments with children. Post teaching English overseas I have been working in and around email marketing for over nine years. Initially on the commercial team with Campaign Master, then on the practice side with Hippo.com.au and then from across many services delivery roles over the lifespan of Mpath Global, ExactTarget Australia and the businesses current iteration as we've integrated with Salesforce.com to form the Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
