Aike (previously Tiffany) Ho is a Partner at ACME, where she focuses on digital health, consumer, and fintech investments. An early-stage venture capital firm, ACME Capital has invested in some of the most iconic companies of our generation, which include Uber, Airbnb, Draftkings, Pillpack, Doctor on Demand, Astra, Robinhood, ipsy, among others. Aike’s path to healthcare investing was in large part shaped by a personal experience, a cancer diagnosis in her mid 20s. After a long year of navigating the complex US healthcare system, Aike developed a mission to better the healthcare ecosystem for patients and providers alike. Aike’s since then invested in game-changing digital health companies like Curology, Tia, and Brightside. Beyond digital health, she’s also invested in other disruptive companies such as Savage x Fenty, Billie, Hyperscience, Bit.io, Forte, Braintrust, and Addi. Fintech was always Aike's first love. At J.P. Morgan Chase, she played various intra-preneurial roles across the bank. In 2014, she helped launch the Investment Bank's 150-person cross-asset electronic trading desk, named Execution Services. At the Consumer Bank, she led the development and launch of Chase Pay to Chase's 52+ million customers . Prior to her corporate detour, Aike was a serial entrepreneur and built companies. In 2010, Aike was named Emerging Young Entrepreneur of the Year by the Connecticut Women’s Hall of Fame. Aike is a graduate of Yale College. At Yale, she published an undergraduate thesis on decision-making in venture capital – exploring why integrity and authenticity matter in business. It was taught as one of two required readings by the late David Cromwell, former CEO of JPMorgan Chase Capital Corporation, in his Yale School of Management course, “Venture Capital and Private Equity Investments.”
