Alejandro is an entrepreneur, business consultant, and geopolitical risk strategist focusing on developing markets; geopolitical, micro and macroeconomic trends; and other international strategic affairs. He has over 15 years of experience in economics, business analytics, law, politics, and public policy. Prior to launching the Valerio Consulting Group, Alejandro helped executives from multinational corporations navigate their operational landscapes in Mexico, Central America, and other target Latin American markets. Alejandro has managed a CAFTA-DR project run by the Organization of American States (OAS) and counseled the government of the Dominican Republic on international policy and public law. Alejandro holds a Master of Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School (HKS), a Master of International Affairs from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva, and a Master of Laws from American University Washington College of Law.
