Previously I have had experience in most aspects of real estate over the past 20 years and for most of my career have focused on international and emerging markets, particularly in the Americas, Asia, Europe and the Middle East. In recent years in my role with both the IVSC and RICS I have focussed on technical writing and the creation, implementation and adoption of International Standards to increase transparency and reduce risk in all markets. Specialties: International Property Valuation, International Property Investment Advice and working on standard setting committees for the creation, adoption and implementation of international standards. I am currently sitting on the International Construction Measurement Standards Coalition Standard Setting Committee ( https://icms-coalition.org/) and am the Executive Secretary of the Standard Setting Committees for the International Ethics Standard Coalition (https://ies-coalition.org/), the International Fire Safety Standard Coalition (https://ifss-coalition.org), the International Land Measurement Standard Coalition (https://ilmsc.org) and the International Property Measurement Standards Coalition (https://ipmsc.org/).
