I am a passionate advocate for promoting the wellbeing of our clients’ people, including our own. I am responsible for the growth of Alight fueled by the improvements that we drive through our technology platform, Alight Worklife, and the solutions integrated within that span health, wealth, payroll, and wellbeing, across the dimensions of a Health Body, Mind, Wallet and Life. In addition to serving clients and evolving our solutions, I frequently serve as a spokesperson for Alight on wellbeing and retirement issues with the government, the press, clients, and our own colleagues. I have testified before US House and Senate committees, the DOL, and the ERISA Advisory Council, frequently speak at industry conferences and events, and work with the media to communicate market direction, trends, and our points of view.
