Amy Kong attributes her success to initiating her client relationships on trust, growing them with sincerity, and solidifying them with her performance. Born and raised in Hong Kong, Amy moved to San Francisco in 1988 and soon landed her first real estate job. While there, she helped modernize her office’s administrative systems, learned everything she could about the industry, and took advantage of the many professional educational opportunities available to her. The rest is history: Amy has been leading clients to success throughout the Bay Area ever since. Amy holds an impressive handful of designations, including Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager (CRB). Honesty and integrity are her core values in business and also in her community outreach efforts, which include advocating for the rights of property owners. Among her various local and national endeavors, Amy was the 2011 Chinese Real Estate Association of America (CREAA) President, the 2017-2019 Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA) Education Foundation Chair, and is the 2021 AREAA President-Elect. She is bilingual in English and Cantonese. Amy is an advocate to sustainable homeownership among Asian Community by putting together education programs and consumer outreach events via different organizations she involved. She specialized in selling and buying, handling 1031 exchanges on single family homes and all kinds of income properties in San Francisco, mid-Peninsula, and the South Bay.
