Data-driven HR professional with passion about improving the employee experience and making a positive impact on business outcomes through the use of People Analytics and Digital HR. My experience ranges several sectors including the public sector, oil & gas, tech and financial services, both in consulting (Deloitte) and in-house (currently Legal & General). People Analytics, Strategic Workforce Planning and Digital HR are my current focus at Legal & General. Previously worked for RSA since the beginning of 2018, where I started the People Insights function from scratch. Since then, as the People Insights Lead, I have been on a journey at RSA to establish an evidence-based approach to the people strategy and to increase the people & digital capability of the wider HR team.
