After two decades around the world with the United Nations & the OECD in New York, Paris, the Middle East and Africa focusing on peace & security, sustainable development, environment, humanitarian and climate action, I now am continuing my commitment to bring about a more equitable and sustainable world as an impact investor & entrepreneur, global speaker, and strategic adviser to agri foodtech start-ups, businesses, investments funds, management consulting firms, and foundations. From Paris, New York and the Middle East, I have brought together three areas of my life: * my belief in social entrepreneurship, impact investing, tech and innovation to bring about solutions; * my engagement to create political, social and environment value and justice; * my passion for food, gastronomy, nutrition, wellness and healthy lifestyles. With close to 10 billion people to be fed by 2050 and current challenges related to food security, the disruption of our global supply chains, wars, scarcity, climate, and environment, I am devoting a great deal of my time advising and speaking about the transformation of our food systems, the future of food, and trends in agri&food tech - how to promote greater access to healthy, biodiverse and sustainable food for all, find alternative proteins, and reduce natural resources and food waste as so many around the world still go hungry. Food that is above all about taste & pleasure but is also good for our health and the planet! 💙💫💫 To bring chefs on board in this crazy food revolution, I co-founded in 2020 Chefs4thePlanet, an international network of prestigious chefs worldwide to promote sustainability in gastronomy.
