I am a marketing storyteller, a visual strategist and a precise executioner. My professional story told in one sentence: A brand creator, an entrepreneur and a problem solver that gets things done, right. I am passionate about building brands and companies from scratch. I thrive in articulating their purpose, positioning and designing their identity to build recognition and drive business outcomes. Entrepreneurship is in my blood. From an early age, I have brought to market multiple businesses ranging from importing and re-selling goods to launching a DTC baby line, opening a talent agency and running a consulting practice. All businesses operated profitably within the first year of launch. Finally, I live by the principle that success is the outcome of proper execution. Getting things done is a simple yet powerful concept lacking across organizations. Appropriately, my favorite business leadership book is called “Execution” by Larry Bossidy & Ram Charan. A problem-solver at the core, I approach business challenges with a combination of data analysis, experience, intuition and common sense. What gets me excited? Customer lifecycle marketing capitalizing on opportunities across each lifecycle stage: acquisition, growth, retention, and win back. All with individualized content marketing experiences that are channel agnostic and automated. Key Achievements: 1) Built the marketing department for a start-up media venture from inception to a buy-out valued at $110 million 2) Launched cable network, developed brand positioning and built the marketing infrastructure that contributed to exceeding revenue goals by 64% within 10 months of launch 3) Built best-in-class social media team increasing engagement 25x and followers 575% within 8 months – organically 4) Built ad agency cable division growing client base from one to six retained clients and tripling agency billings within 18 months of hire based on results generated by targeted marketing strategies 5) Received 17 marketing awards and 6 leadership awards for top performing multiplatform campaigns and career trajectory
