I have the privilege of being part of the airport industry, which has a material impact on the competitiveness of regions and the quality of life of its inhabitants; this helps make my every day work life more meaningful. I focus on sustainable growth having clear in mind that airports are businesses that need to put the continuous enhancement of passenger experience at the centre of their efforts while serving wider social purposes. I am totally convinced that the main enabling factor to achieve ambitious goals and sustain results in the long term is employee engagement and therefore creating a positive, stimulating and enjoyable working environment is one of my definite priorities. After having led the development and transformation of the airports of Bologna and Napoli, I am now fully committed to contributing to take SEA Milano, the airport system serving one of the most dynamic cities of Europe, to its full potential.
