Arthur Chua is the Chief Executive Officer of Goldbell Group. He drives Goldbell’ Group’s vision to be at the forefront of mobility and innovation by working closely with startups and regional go-to-market partners. He began his career in Goldbell Group in 2007 as a workshop operation executive in the Aftersales division and rose through the ranks of the various divisions before taking up the mantle of Group CEO in 2013. As CEO, Arthur doubled EBITDA for the Group from years 34-37 of the company’s anniversaries and conceptualized the creation of the Future Mobility Umbrella under the Group comprising the Corporate Venture Capital Arm (in 2015), the Venture Built Arm (in 2017), and the Mobility Accelerator (in 2019). He refers to the Ying and Yang of venture building and venture investing as the company’s twin engines of disruptive growth that will create ecosystems to enhance the core business operations, while repeatedly find new S-curves for disruptive growth in green and social sustainability focused venture building. New Business Builds include: SWAT Mobility, a leader in transportation algorithms operating as a SaaS model in 7 Asian countries; XSQUARE, an intelligent warehouse and autonomous forklift - AI stack provider in 2019 with commercial customers both locally and regionally; and BLUESG, Singapore's leading pure electric car sharing company. He is also launching the group’s 2nd fund, a first of its kind game- changing smart mobility and smart city fund that bridges the gap between Deep Tech, Deep Talent and Deep Market. Targeting seed stage to Series A-start-ups, Cube 3 ventures is addressing the issue of talent shortage in Asia by helping portfolio companies accelerate their tech curves and product development through its proprietary Tech Talent Hub concept, where best-of-breed world class tech expertise (including AI, software and big data engineers) is available to them as-a service. His other career highlights include: Recognised as Asia’s Most Influential SG by Tatler in 2022; Winner of EY Family Business Award of Excellence 2021; Panel member, Land Transport Master Planning 2040; Former board member of Singapore River One Board, Chairman, Business Improvement District Pilot; and one of the youngest members to be admitted into the Entrepreneurs Organization in 2008 and the Young President’s Organisation in 2016.
