Sound knowledge and deep experience in corporate governance, risk management and regulation, business strategy and growth decisions, fin-tech - payment and savings app/development and strategy, conduct risk and consumer duty. Champion climate change risk and ESG in the bank. Start up business planning, setting up and running a bank and leading/supporting business growth in a compliant way. Currently involved in a Fintech incubation project and also non executive board member of a payment and investment firm.
