Ben Beadle is the founding Chief Executive of the NRLA, the membership body that represents over 106,000 landlords across England and Wales, providing 750,000 homes

He is a familiar face in the industry and in the media, championing the excellent work responsible landlords play in providing quality housing and at the forefront of efforts to enhance the sector further for all within it.

The NRLA was founded in 2020 and helps landlords and letting agents of all sizes, navigate the many challenges of the private rented sector, providing first class support, practical advice, learning resources and supporting services to make members’ lives easier - as well as powerful research and campaigning.

Under Ben’s leadership, the NRLA has acquired property compliance firm Safe2 and released its own property management software for members, as he seeks to simplify the complexity of regulation through tech.
