As a techno-functional solution partner and consultant to top travel brands such as Qantas, Air Canada, Air New Zealand, LifeMiles (Avianca), LATAM and many more, I provide expert advice, and act as the interface between customer's Business and Digital leaders, local IT operations, and the IBS Product Board. I also help develop and execute the strategic roadmap for IBS' Loyalty and Customer Centricity Portfolio, and drive the benefits of implementing fit-for-purpose solutions.
