As an experienced HRIT leader, my passion is to modernize and optimize HR system landscapes, using cloud-based solutions, agile methodologies, and leading practices. I work closely with IT to align the development direction with technology partners and stay up to date with the latest HR technology. My expertise includes orchestration of strategic planning, system and organizational improvements, and ongoing monitoring of key transformation initiatives across the enterprise. With a proven track record, I have successfully led major system implementations, system and process standardization, and large-scale transformation projects. In my most recent role, I established a new concept for working with Position Master data within SuccessFactors, developed a roadmap of HR projects for 2021-2023, and led the transformation of Vestas' HR IT department, including building a dedicated offshore team during the pandemic. I am an expert in devising and implementing solutions for complex HCM business processes, conducting requirements and design sessions, documenting requirements and configuration decisions, training end-users, and providing post-implementation support services. With excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, I have established myself as a trusted advisor to HR leaders, leveraging my business acumen to proactively identify opportunities for increased operating efficiency.
