https://gaudillierelab.stanford.edu/ My research aims at understanding how the human immune system responds and recover from naturally occurring immune perturbations, such as trauma and pregnancy. Areas of focus include: 1- High-dimensional flow cytometry, CyTOF,single-cell proteomics 2- AI in biomarker discovery 2- Deep profiling of the human immune response to trauma/injury/sugery 3- Deep phenotyping of normal and abnormal pregnancy (preterm labor, preeclampsia)
