HVAC repair and training has been the backbone of my career and along the way I have learned to be a writer and podcaster and begrudgingly a marketer. Leading Kalos is the most important role I have and my greatest professional honor working day in and day out with so many talented and passionate people. I am interested in ethical and sound business practices. I am motivated by long-term team development and outstanding customer service. I am inspired by my wife and my God. I love my beautiful children and would give anything to see them develop into men and women of character. My specific pursuits include audio storytelling, writing, business coaching and small business growth as well as working to shape and change the HVAC/R trade for the better.
