Prior to joining Campbell Soup as the Senior Vice President of Global R&D and Quality, Carlos founded CJB and Associates, a successful high level R&D consulting firm. In 2018 Carlos restarted CJB and Associates with an amazing team of highly experienced food professionals. Carlos retired from Campbell Soup August, 2018 and has rebooted his very successful R&D Consulting Company, CJB and Associates. CJB and Associates has worked with several Fortune 100 CPG companies as well as start up companies creating significant value added innovation for products and ingredients.
