I am a strong and experienced Human Resources /CSR professional graduated from IESE. I have been the Human Resources and Corporate Responsibility Director for Zurich Spain for almost 20 years. I have a demonstrated a solid track record and industry knowledge after working in the insurance industry for 25 years in Spain, across Europe ( where I led 14 countries as Continental Europe HR Director ) and on a global basis as the Global CEO of the Z Zurich Foundation. Alongside my career, I have had the privilege to act as a business partner to 5 CEOs and have been an active member of their respective Executive Committees.
