Bio

I am a Senior Associate Principal Scientist working in the Product and Ingredient Innovation Team at Reading Scientific Services Ltd (RSSL). During my time with RSSL, I have undertaken ingredient evaluation, product development and taste optimisation projects on a contract basis for clients in different food industry sectors and I am also involved in projects for Mondelez International. I have worked with a wide range of sweeteners and bulking agents across many food categories during my time in the food industry. Recently I have been involved with development of vegan products. I am a Food Science graduate from Reading University, I have a Masters degree in Nutritional Medicine from Surrey University and I am a Fellow of the IFST.
