My experience includes 28 years with The Coca-Cola Company [NYSE: KO], providing a total portfolio of beverages to consumers across 207 countries with $42 billion in annual sales. I retired in March 2018 after more than 28 years with the company and 8 years as Chief People Officer, responsible for leading a global organization responsible for transforming culture, workplace, talent, succession, for 150,000+ employees, as well as serving as part of the Executive leadership team driving long-term vision and strategy. I'm passionate about connecting with other HR leaders, with an eye toward paying our collective experience forward to the next generation of HR leaders. As the Chair of the CHRO Global Leadership Board, I partner with its Board members to lead and build a collaborative movement between the world's most distinguished and trusted CHROs. This movement is based on the core belief that peer-to-peer, cross-industry collaboration is key to optimizing individual and organizational success. Outside of spending time in the world of HR, I enjoy swimming, volunteering, and photography.
