I am a proven executive leader in medical and clinical affairs related to research and development for medical device. I am Harvard fellowship-trained in orthopaedic trauma, Board certified, a Fellow in the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS), and licensed to practice medicine in six states. I provide deep medical insight to Trauma/Craniomaxillofacial (CMF)/Biomaterials teams to accelerate innovation, create value, and ensure safety for patients and customers. I collaborate with R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, commercial and Health Economics & Market Access (HEMA) colleagues to develop global market access and commercial strategies for new and existing products. I lead evidence generation strategy for global market access of orthopaedic and CMF products. I lead cross-functional teams in new product development and life cycle management toward ensuring the clinical and commercial relevance of the present and future orthopaedic product portfolio. I hold an MD degree from the University of Kansas School of Medicine, an orthopedics postgraduate degree from the University of Arkansas and was fellowship trained at Harvard Medical School.
