Chaye is one of the youngest and successful Finance Leader in the Philippines who is responsible for healthy margins and consistent operating results for PLDT, Smart and other Fixed and Wireless subsidiaries despite the declining fixed line telecommunications industry worldwide. She has turned around challenged and losing companies handled to profitability and stability. As a Philippine Financial Reporting Standards Regulator, Chaye is an appointed member of Financial Reporting Standards Council of the Philippines. She is a strong advocate for education and well-rounded leader, who despite the many roles and responsibilities related to Finance, has instigated a culture of volunteerism within the PLDT Group of Companies by spearheading the Gabay Guro advocacy nationwide as its Chairperson. Gabay Guro is now not just a CSR program, it is also a strategic initiative aligned with the Group’s business, enhancing revenue flow as well.
