Chris is the CEO of ITEX, a private real estate investment, development, and management firm. He focuses on the growth, strategy, operational efficiencies and investments for ITEX. Since his joining ITEX in 2005, the company has grown from 1,800 to 8,000 units with investments in commercial, multifamily, retail, single-family neighborhoods, and raw land.
