As Vice-President and Counsel, Legal Affairs for Pharmavite, Christine has responsibility for leading Legal, Regulatory, External and Government Affairs. A practicing attorney for more than 30 years, she’s provided counsel at leading law firms and has handled significant mergers and acquisitions, major securities filings, private placements and general business matters.
