I am Founder and Facilitator-in-Chief at Work In Motion where I host masterminds that connect people to reimagine how we work. Having led large-scale transformational programs, I know what it’s like to grapple with the seemingly unsolvable. Masterminds are born of that experience. I believe that to succeed in redesigning work for future generations, changemakers need to come together to explore the problem in a safe space, to share ideas and experiments, to pool wisdom and to support each other to take brave steps forward. I also consult and speak about new ways of working, team effectiveness, being human at work, learning and development and I love facilitating teams to solve complex organizational problems. Before this, I was Director of How We Work at Twitter, founding CEO of Uversity, a unique educational collaborative in Ireland, and I’ve held numerous roles in learning and development, digital transformation and consultancy. I have a BA in Business + Political Science from Trinity College Dublin, a Postgraduate Certificate in Coaching + Mentoring Practice from Oxford Brookes University, a Future of Work qualification from London Business School and I am a Certified Integral Facilitator.
