Project manager R&D at DSM. As a project manager at the DSM, I manage innovation projects in product development and process improvement in the area of dairy ingredients. Next to this I also lead the expansion and maintenance of DSM's external network - with both business and academic partners. Extensive experience in product development, process improvement, food innovation, project management processes, leading multidisciplinary, global project teams across DSM (R&D, IP, Regulatory Affairs, Legal Affairs, Manufacturing).
