Cristiano is Head of Health Beyond Insurance in AXA Italia and leads Integrated Health Strategy including Digital Healthcare Programme, Vertical Integration, P2P (from Payor to Partner) Health Services, Innovation and “fee business” (eg. partnership). Cristiano is also active in Innovation ecosystem, helping different start up to set up the best business model and to growth. Cristiano was Head of Health at ConTe - Admiral Group, with the goal to start up an innovative Health business model and ecosystem in Italy, France, UK and Spain. Before joining ConTe in Novembre 2018, Cristiano was a senior executive at Monitor Deloitte Consulting Strategy Practice. Before this, he worked in KPMG as a senior consultant for diverse projects in the public sector. Cristiano achieved his degree in management engineering in 2008 and went on to obtain a General Management Program's masters degree at ESCP Europe in 2010. In 2017 Cristiano achieved the Certificate in Management at Columbia Business School.
