OmniCAR is re-defining CAR-Immune cell therapies by enabling CAR Activation and Tumor cell killing in a dose-dependent fashion, turning on/off immune cell activity without killing the CAR cells, re-directing CAR cells to new antigen targets in-situ, and/or co-arming two or more antigen targets simultaneously. Prior to Prescient, he was Director of Global Business Development and Strategic Partnerships for the Global non-profit organization PATH (www.path.org) where he was involved in the identification of new and innovative partnerships for vaccine and therapeutics development applicable to low and middle income countries. A BD and Licensing Leader with outstanding relationship building, clinical asset and technology evaluation, innovation, commercialization, and deal closing experience. Deep understanding of biologics clinical pathway and experience with regulatory submissions to phase I trial management. At Albumedix, I was responsible for asset in-licensing, alliances, and out-licensing, search/evaluation of clinical assets and strategic review. I negotiated global exclusive license for the Parvovirus B19 vaccine from NIH and was instrumental in the manufacture, IND approval, and Phase I study of this vaccine.
