Understanding how complex systems are built and how to improve them is what drives me. I started with airplanes, submarines, and cars before turning to the most complex and most important of all systems: humans. I founded Huma back in 2011 and I am now surrounded by an amazing team of 500+ Huma(ns) all driven by one purpose: to help people live longer and fuller lives. We developed a technology platform that is critical to governments, health systems and life sciences companies to accelerate global adoption of digital-first care & research. Our work to bring digital first care and research benefited more than 27 million people directly and potentially touched billions worldwide. And we won’t stop until every person in the world is impacted by the technological advancements we are committed to make each day! This is not just a project but my life passion, a dream we are making real, the journey I embarked on and started while I was still a PhD student at Johns Hopkins: along with all Huma(ns), we are on a mission to advance access to a fuller life. https://www.instagram.com/dan.vahdat/
