I believe in the raw power of digital transformation. I believe in the power of partnership to innovate and create value. By facilitating collaborative partnerships across health and social care, and across the private, public and voluntary sectors I help organisations create value in digital transformation. After more than a decade at the front line in social care, I am now building links between people and organisations and facilitating effective partnering for transformative and sustainable change. Partnerships come in many guises and must be underpinned by mutual benefit and trust. I build a platform where people and ideas come together to create change. One of my current projects is leading Care England’s work on digital development in social care. I believe in the power of technology as a strategic tool to achieve wellbeing for people who need care and support. I like to work at a fast pace, facilitating joined up thinking and multiple connections between people, ideas and action.
