A mentor of mine taught me two important principles when you see a need fill it and the pathway to self is through serving other people. I have tried to apply these principles to all aspects of my life including my career. My work as a trainer and team coordinator enabled me to develop leadership and management skills. Kelley's MBA program helped me learn to combine and apply business analytic skills with strategic thinking all while working in a collaborative culture. Working at Intermountain Healthcare has given me the opportunity to serve the needs of patients using my talents, past experience and education.
