Knowing what your company stands for, how you differ from your competition and how your interactions impact the customer are table stakes to marketing success. The other key piece is to really KNOW your customers - who they are, what matters to them, where you can talk to them, what you should say, and how you engage with them throughout their relationship with your brand. Putting this all together to create profitable growth is what I do, and what drives me. I've held roles at Fortune 100 companies as well as start ups to deliver best-in-class experiences and profitable growth through innovative technologies, product differentiation and strategic marketing. I speak insurance and digital fluently, have a deep understanding of MarTech and have “test and learn” embedded in my DNA. Strategic, big picture thinking is my superpower, with the ability to drive consensus across stakeholders. Some of my best work includes: - Generating tens of millions of dollars in annual benefit through optimizing website experience for an industry leader, Progressive Insurance - Doubling web channel revenue over a two year period while creating a lead monetization program that drove millions of dollars in annual benefit for The General Insurance - Building a team from scratch to lead internet distribution & marketing for Direct Auto Insurance, scaling online revenue 25x over a 3 year period - Increasing insurance marketing solutions revenue over 80% at TransUnion through product innovation, including being awarded a patent for real-time call routing methodology (US 11,244,390) My most important role is husband and dad to my four wonderful children. Music is also a big part of my life; I am an active songwriter and keyboardist for Cleveland-based roots rock band Robbing Mary. When I’m not with my family or making music, you’ll probably find me on a mountain bike, skiing, camping or traveling somewhere interesting.
