Over 20 years experience in project delivery, engineering, surveying, pre-construction, estimating, BIM and digital construction. I am a big advocate for and user of lean methodologies. My passion is facilitating change by following technology trends, listening to the business demand and then matching both with improvement initiatives aligned to strategic goals. By working to influence the business and using a lean approach I develop initiatives that deliver technology enabled change and process improvement through: stakeholder management, change management, business/process analysis, communication and education resulting in value adding change that advances construction.
