I have been with the TUI Group since 2002 and in 2009 took charge of its Tours & Activities division. Since then, I have overseen two major acquisitions and integrations, and led the digital transformation of the business into TUI Musement, which combines a scalable digital platform with local service delivery to distribute thousands of experiences around the world. I am also part of the TUI Group Executive Committee and help define the strategic direction of one of the world’s leading travel organisations. I regularly speak at leading industry events, discussing digital transformation and acceleration in travel, and the latest developments in the Tours & Activities sector. I am happy to engage in conversations about tourism in general, the Tours & Activities market, transformation, leadership, and sustainability.
