Bio

I am a committed and results orientated professional with an extensive range of experience at a strategic and operational level. I am highly organised with both my time and the teams I lead. I have been responsible for developing strategy, agreeing focused priorities and clear impact measures, operational plans to deliver strategy, setting team and individual objectives and agreeing performance indicators to monitor the achievement of plans. Throughout the senior roles in my career I have developed wide-ranging experience of strategic planning combined with being at the operational sharp end. I can bring: • Experience at a senior level across the health, social housing and not for profit sectors • A developed and managed network of stakeholder and business contacts • Commercial awareness, analytical skills; the ability to get things done • Articulate presentation and communication skills. • Flexible and ambitious I use constant evaluation to improve my skills and professional development. I have a wealth of management and business experience from the private sector and a passion to build successful cross-sector collaborations. I have previously served as a Magistrate and currently serve as a Director for Healthwatch Northamptonshire and chair a Housing Association board.
