My career as a Human Resources executive spans more than two decades with multi-disciplinary global expertise within hospitality and high-end luxury consumer goods. Specific areas of expertise: cultural transformation; new business integration; leadership assessment and development; talent management and facilitation; organisational change; strategy development and execution; instructional design; employer branding; employee engagement; and performance management. At Accor, I lead the people strategy for La Maison and am responsible for providing strategic and forward thinking leadership and talent management best practice, to develop and implement planned interventions to increase organization effectiveness. Working with senior operational leaders and HR Business Partners, this position plays a critical role in planning and executing Talent Management and Organizational Development initiatives.
