■ As a forward-thinking pharmaceutical scientist with 4+ of experience in innovating, developing, managing, and leading research pharma/biotech projects at $323M R&D facility. I routinely use my problem-solving skills to address aspects of a project, implementing new technologies by producing high-quality results: persistent, adaptive, quick learner, confident, effective communicator with a collaborative attitude. ■ My Ph.D. research experience in formulation and biomedical branches include designing novel carbohydrate-based delivery systems using complex in silico algorithms, synthetic strategies, in vitro techniques (ELISA, CRISPR/Cas9, Confocal microscopy, Flow cytometry, IF, IHC, Western blot), and in vivo (IP, IV, tail vein injections in mice) to target difficult tumors for image-guided surgery. ■ In addition, also acquired industrial experience in Vaccine Design and Characterization by interfacing between preclinical and drug product departments for the development of recombinant proteins/antibodies as vaccines candidates at GSK. ■ I also have strong leadership skills by being the chairperson of two esteemed organizations and tutoring young scientists. I am also trained in business for bioscientist program along with significant presentation experience including 5 oral, 12 lead author poster presentations at ACS, AAPS, MSBRF conferences in the past 5 years. ■ I am mainly motivated in bridging science between preclinical and translational research to accelerate drug product formulation/development. For that reason, I am actively looking for R&D Scientist level opportunities in preclinical, drug product development, formulation science, and translational research, where I can apply my technical expertise and enthusiasm to contribute effectively to the progress of the team in the healthcare sector.
