Since that episode, Diana's made it her mission to help organizations and their teams grow trust through the vehicle of CIVILITY - which Diana defines as ''the consistent communication of respect.'' Diana's clients describe her as The Human Whisperer because of her success in helping them unleash civility throughout their organization, thereby growing their own unique cultures of trust.
