Key skills and experience: • 5+years Enterprise Sales, leading complex sales from prospecting to contract negotiation and signature; top global sales exec three years in a row • Managing the commercial aspects of a project, being responsible for services contract negotiations and on-going business development and key account management in support of individual and team revenue targets • Facilitating small and large groups, utilising my L&D experience to design, deliver and evaluate workshops and group sessions to achieve a multitude of outcomes: aligning senior stakeholders to a common goal, help executive leadership to take accountability and ownership of programme outcomes, scoping the project with key stakeholders and project team members, creating engagement and buy-in across a variety of audiences, delivering training to super users and operators, etc. • Leading large-scale business transformation programmes, incl. “as is” analysis, defining the “to be” in support of the client’s business imperative, designing the deployment approach and creating as well as executing a holistic project plan, incl. stakeholder analysis, communications activities, risks, key milestones and critical path • Consulting on complex HCM programmes, incl. process design and implementation, centralisation of HR services, introducing new SaaS technology and data migration approaches, also acting as intermediary between the business and IT function • Leading people as their direct and indirect line manager (on-site and virtual), but also managing matrix teams on projects and providing coaching and mentoring to new or more junior members of the wider team
