With more than 20 years leadership experience in the SaaS Enterprise Software industry, I have a strong track record in growing sales and revenue. In my current role at Ceridian I lead the Large Enterprise Sales Team in EMEA. For most of my career, 12 years, I was Managing Director and Co-CEO at Lumesse. Lumesse is now part of Cornerstone. As a pioneer in talent management, At the beginning of my career, I was co-founder and managing director of ExecuTRACK. We had a successful exit after 5 years of rapid growth and sold the company to StepStone in 2006. And in my role as board member of 22CONNECT AG, I supported the executive team to become one of the most innovative challengers in the SaaS recruitment market. I acquired my academic knowledge during my business administration studies at the University of Essen. After that, I also did a doctorate in the field of information management with a specialization in HR-IT.
