An applied behavioural scientist working as a consultant, lecturer, trainer and researcher with a background in Health Psychology and Human-Centered Design. My work focuses on exploring multi-disciplinary approaches to developing and evaluating digital behaviour change interventions (DBCIs) for improving health and wellbeing. I've worked on a number of mhealth projects across academia and industry in the areas of health prevention (paediatric overweight and obesity) and self-management of chronic conditions (Sickle-cell anemia, Type 2 diabetes, pain and sleep). I deliver regular training, workshops, consultancy and mentoring to public health, pharmaceutical and medical organizations.
