Dwaipayan (Dwai) is a retail financial services leader with deep experience across diverse business domains and markets. His career spans leadership positions across a range of retail financial services domains including wealth management, payments, deposits, consumer lending, and digital banking. He has built high performing businesses and have launched many market first innovations. His key skills include business strategy development, P&L excellence, product development, innovation, and digital transformation. He strongly believes that a leader is only as good as his team and has built and worked in multi-cultural high performing teams. He is fascinated by the impact of culture on business performance and focuses on building a strong performance driven and ethical culture. He is also a keen follower of technology and has led a number of technology transformations. Currently he is building a one of its kind digital bank in Singapore, partnering with one of Singapore's most trusted institutions, NTUC. Outside of work he has keen interest in behavioural economics and global politics.
