In her role as managing director, Eboné will leverage her leadership experience to help clients identify challenges and opportunities, forecast goals, streamline operations, and develop new strategic initiatives. She also will advise health care organizations on operational strategy, performance improvement, organizational management through cultural shifts and transformation, cost containment initiatives, revenue enhancement, effective team building, patient experience improvements, and quality of care efforts.
