A psychologist with Chartered MCIPD accreditation, I am passionate about using evidence to improve decision-making and drive sustainable high organisational performance, and employee well-being. Having spent the numerous years working in HR, predominately Civil Service Departments in and out of Central Government, I have experienced the challenges business leaders face, especially at times of change and transformation. I have aided leaders to overcome these challenges by providing insightful and actionable evidence thus helping them to shape an inclusive, empowering and productive culture. My work and that of the teams I lead has seen people data being used in aspirational ways and is paving the way for evidence-based people interventions in the public sector. Analysing human attitudes and behaviour provides insight into most organisations biggest asset, their people. It creates the opportunity for powerful decision making which nurtures people and ultimately delivers future-proofed organisational success.
